Welcome to “Tysha’s List”. This tool was created to inform you of the RAW pounds available in the state account for further processing. If both entitlement and bonus USDA Foods are available (for the same Material Number) with a manufacturer, ENTITLEMENT will be charged FIRST. Then bonus pounds (if available) will be offered to complete your request.

POUNDS REQUESTED ARE TO BE USED FOR THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR ONLY NOT BANK FOR ANOTHER YEAR.
PROCUREMENT RULES STILL APPLY – MUST HAVE AWARDED BID TO MANUFACTURER TO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL POUNDS!

For additional pounds, please follow the steps below:

1. Check entitlement balance to ensure adequate funding is available to cover desired pounds that require entitlement. These pounds will only be approved based on available funding. If “NO” entitlement is required proceed to step 2.

2. Contact manufacturer regarding pounds needed – click the following link to find manufacturer contact information.

 

Once the manufacturer has reviewed the request, the manufacturer will notify Tysha Sherard, USDA Commodity Processing Specialist. The district will receive an email notification regarding approval.
